works well; programs smooth and functioning 

only issue - sometimes prompts for belt to be lubricated, even after lubrication. But can press and hold reset to remove prompt from screen (treadmill belt lubrication included - purchased off amazon)

Well maintained and cared for.

Can fold it up after use.

Person interested in treadmill will need to be responsible for picking it up.
