Seeking a vintage receiver, preferably with HDMI hookups, and preferably 7.1 channels although 5.1 would work, too.

I bought one and had it shipped up here, but without any notice it just died and the people living above and beside me are driving me out of my mind with their noise. I need to be able to play my own music to maintain any semblance of peace of mind.

I don't have a lot of money to work with so I can't afford new, but I will pay a fair price for well maintained units. I may be interested in buying more than one so I have a back-up and don't have to go through a stressful lapse like this again.  I'm "older" and can't handle chaos and unnecessary noise.
