We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Duties:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues on various types of machinery, including farm machinery, automotive vehicles, and Caterpillar equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify electrical and mechanical problems
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repair and assembly processes
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring timely repairs
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical components
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Familiarity with farm machinery, automotive repair, or Caterpillar equipment is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
